Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends).
Please expect some delays for Public Holidays or big sale events e.g. Black Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently only ship within Australia. However, we do have plans to ship internationally in the future. Keep an eye out on our socials for updates on when that happens!
How long will shipping take?
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch) via Australia Post:
QLD & East Coast Metro: 2 - 5 business days
Regional & Rural: 5 - 10 business days
WA, NT, & Remote: 7 - 12 business days
Please note that delays may occur depending on the Australia Post network.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer an express shipping option if you need your items sooner.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?
Once your order is dispatched, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 or more business days, we recommend:
- Double-checking your tracking link (sent in your shipping confirmation email)
- Lodging a direct enquiry with Australia Post here:
auspost.com.au/receiving/parcel-deliveries/lost-late-items - If needed, contact us with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll do our best to help from our side.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and returned within 30 days at your own cost (tracking recommended).
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos.
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns but may offer a credit, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
How do I return my item/s?
Simply pack your item securely and send it back to us, making sure it meets the conditions above. We suggest using a tracked shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm and let you know if your refund has been approved.
What if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
We're really sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll take care of it from there and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us ASAP!
We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships — but once your order has been packed and dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.
So the sooner you contact us, the better!
