Returns
We want you to be stoked with your order. If something is not right, we will do our best to fix it.
Please refer to the following conditions:
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase (please refer to your invoice)
- Must be returned at the customers expense. We recommend shipping with tracking as we are not liable for any packages lost in transit.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Once we have received your returned order, we will notify you via email. You will also be updated on the approval or rejection of your refund.
We don't accept returns if you change your mind. However, if something isn't right - whether it is the sizing, quality, or an issue on our end - please contact us and we will review your case.
If approved, we will offer a store credit, an exchange, or a refund, depending on the situation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
